Privacy Policy
Your information, and what we do with it.
Effective July 5, 2026
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you give us: your name, company or trade, email address, phone number, your website if you include it, the services you're interested in, and your message. The only cookie this site sets remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we don't collect sensitive personal information.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you and to run our business. By submitting the contact form, you agree that Keystone Labs may contact you with email and text message (SMS) marketing about our services. Message and data rates may apply.
Keeping your information
We keep the information you submit, and we retain the right to use it for the purposes described here, including future email and text message marketing, unless you ask us to stop.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing at any time: reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email daniel@keystonelab.net and we'll remove you. Opting out of marketing won't affect our reply to a question you've asked us.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate this site and communicate with you, such as our email delivery and hosting providers, and only as needed to do that.
Security
Form submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and handled with reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is ever completely secure, but we take steps to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
